The Studio: Live Bands History | What To Expect

Some of the equipment WMSE has assembled to record our on-air artists:

  • Furman headphone system which allows separate mixes for each individual musician
  • Presonus eight-channel mic pre-amp
  • Curtis Technologies eight-channel mic pre-amp
  • Ampeg SVP Pro tube bass pre-amp (allows most bass players phenomenal sound without having to bring their rig).
  • Dual monitor G4 Macintosh
  • Enough live sound equipment (ie. mics, cables, vocal mics, direct boxes to handle any musical instrument input, appropriate drum microphones such as clips for toms and snares and overhead mics for cymbals, etc) to accommodate your band.
